Baby’s Breath

Hudson Austin, is Sommelier and Wine Educator, at The Wine Merchant, PA.

Often featured on shows such as the Fox29 Morning show and 6ABC’s FYI Philly, Hudson Austin is one of the most well-known, knowledgeable and entertaining wine and spirits educators on the East Coast. Recently, Hudson was awarded “Best Sommelier” by Main Line Today Magazine.

With Spring coming into full bloom and heavy rich flavors giving way to more light and fresh tastes, this delightful cocktail focuses on the seasonal change and offers up something sophisticated for Mother’s Day.

Tapping into the popularity of both the inimitable “Cosmo” and a classic from Havana, the Mojito, this drink takes a new direction and offers up some new flavors as well.
