Belvedere Vodka just launched a new flavor, or maceration, Ginger Zest. The liquid is a refreshing blend of tangy ginger and juicy spring lemon with a touch of grapefruit. It’s perfect for the season and warmer months ahead, with a unique flavor profile great in a wide variety of drinks.
A massively on-trend versatile flavor, ginger’s popularity has soared recently throughout food and drink. That said, there are very few ginger-flavored vodkas in the market and Belvedere’s—made by extracting oils from fruit peels, fresh fruit and other natural ingredients that are soaked in alcohol, then distilled—aims to fill that gap. It is aromatic and warming on the nose with a hint of citrus and notes of sweet spice, ginger, and gingerbread.
Chef and wellness expert Candice Kumai is embracing her polish roots by partnering with Belvedere to create flavorful and health-conscious recipes that complement cocktails. These include the Polish Mule, a version of the popular drink that pays homage to the brand’s provenance, and the Ginger Zest Spritz made with lime juice, honey syrup, and water.
