Distilled from 100% Blue Weber Agave by Hacienda Corralejo, Guanajuato, Mexico.
Appearance: A distinctively straw hue, with particularly long legs.
Nose: Sweet and welcoming, but wild.
Flavor: A lightly oily mouth, with an abundance of fruit and chile notes.
Finish: Exceptionally long, with a big bloom of black pepper at the very end.
Conclusions: A good sipper and distinctive mixer, this is a premium tequila at a premium price. For an aficionado, a solid addition to the backbar.
Cocktail Recommendation: A Margarita, to be sure, particularly one with a more-or-less neutral triple sec.
