Bluebird Chelsea Celebrate World Gin Day with Fever-Tree Perfect Serve Menu

This year, Bluebird Chelsea is celebrating World Gin Day on the 8th of June with a Fever-Tree Perfect Serves Menu. The Chelsea landmark have collaborated with Fever-Tree to create a menu with summery flavours and a quintessentially British garden on the sun-soaked terrace. The menu features an array of G&T’s including Perfectly Pink G&T made with Pink Pepper Gin and Aromatic Tonic garnished with lemon and lavender and the Chelsea Garden G&T of Martin Millers Gin with elderflower tonic garnished with a strawberry and black pepper. The Perfect Serves Menu is an excellent celebratory choice for World Gin Day enjoyed in the sun-soaked courtyard.

Aster Create a Bespoke Pink Cocktail with Edible Pearls for World Gin Day

World Gin Day only comes once a year which is why Aster restaurant and bar in Victoria have gone all out with their special gin cocktail served with an edible cone filled with champagne pearls. The bespoke creation is pretty on the eyes and the taste buds with its overall red strawberry hues. The Strawberry Champagne made with Aster pink gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and topped with rose champagne comes with an edible treat making it the perfect drink for the special day.

Morty & Bob’s Celebrate World Gin Day

In celebration of World Gin Day, Morty & Bob’s in Coal Drops Yard have two cocktails to get the celebrations started, an Elderflower Collins and a Long Acre Iced Tea. The Elderflower Collins contains Portobello Gin, Cucumber, Elderflower liqueur and San Pellegrino Limonata and the Long Acre Iced Tea of East London Liquor Company Gin, Vodka and Rum, Cointreau, Lime Juice and a splash of coke. cocktails can be enjoyed alongside one of Morty & Bob’s famous cheese toasties and morish parmesan truffle fries or by themselves either in the open plan restaurant or on their summer terrace.

Watch a Live Gin Pour at Mr Fogg’s Gin Parlour

In celebration of World Gin Day, Mr Fogg’s household staff will be putting on a gin spectacular for all to witness at Mr Fogg’s Gin Parlour, as they attempt London’s first 4 metre Gin Pour, from the top windows of Mr Fogg’s Gin Parlour.

On Saturday 8th June, guests should head to St Martin’s Lane to watch as the bar team pour plenty of gin from the windows to the street below, serving perfectly aerated gin and tonics from 4.4 meters high. Dressed in Victorian attire, the Gin Parlour bar team will stand below the Gin Parlour Windows each holding an empty goblet in one hand and a bottle of tonic in the other ready to create the perfect G&T serve. Aiming to get one measure in each glass consecutively, the glasses will then be topped up with tonic, ice and a botanical garnish of choice, ready to say cheers to World Gin Day. From 2pm guests are invited to take part in the gin pouring activity, with everyone being offered the chance to pour or catch their own drinks in the goblets below.

The Little Yellow Door Launches Chlorophyll Cocktails for World Gin Day

The Little Yellow Door, Notting Hill’s ultimate house party, has teamed up with The Botanist Gin to celebrate World Gin Day (8th June) in true tongue in cheek fashion to bring you London’s first chlorophyll-based brunch cocktail. The eclectic late-night cocktail bar will emulate the rip-roaring brunches their sister venue, The Little Blue Door has been throwing over the last year, with a quirky breakfast cocktail set to wake up, re-energise and invigorate guests minds, all at once on a Saturday morning.

Aptly named The Hangover, this body purifying breakfast tipple packs one hell of a punch with more health benefits than drinks can shake a stick at; a fresh, nutritional drink made with The Botanist Gin, elderflower, egg white, chlorophyll, served in a coupette with mint and chlorophyll perfume. Guests have the option to add-on a “activated charcoal shot” on the side of the cocktail for an extra detoxifying kick to wear away Friday blues.

For those looking to detox or retox, guests at West London’s quirkiest brunch can now enjoy all the benefits of chlorophyll in just one cocktail. No longer reserved for health-food stores, chlorophyll has become the latest superfood buzzword, cropping up in a number of drinks sold across the pond. Alongside it’s anti-ageing and toxin-busting benefits, Chlorophyll is often used as a natural mouthwash substitute.

The cocktail will be available from 8th June, and will stay on the Saturday Brunch menu indefinitely.

Bluebird White City and Martin Miller’s Gin have joined forces to create a fruity World Gin Day cocktail menu. Bluebird Café White City and award-winning Martin Miller’s Gin have joined forces to create a special Strawberry Fields cocktail menu just in time for World Gin Day on Saturday, 8th June. Sip on summertime concoctions such as, Strawberry Fields, a simple yet flawless combination of Martin Miller’s Gin, Fever-Tree Tonic Water, strawberries and spicy black pepper; the invigorating Icelander, which comprises gin, tonic water, Lillet Blanc, fragrant elderflower cordial and fresh mint; and the Westbourne Mule, made using Martin Miller’s ‘old school’ Westbourne Dry Gin, Fever-Tree Spiced Orange Ginger Ale, Angostura bitters and lime juice.

Enjoy a refreshing selection of fruity cocktails in the comfort of Bluebird’s Strawberry Fields Terrace, and let the festivities b’gin.
